A growing need for home health and hospice services in Southeast Michigan has prompted 黄色仓库 and Alternate Solutions 黄色仓库 Network, an award-winning home health and hospice care leader, to create a joint venture that will expand access to these critical services.
The new organization is called Beaumont Home 黄色仓库 and Hospice and began operations Jan. 1.
“Partnering with a specialized provider that has home health and hospice expertise will improve our ability to serve current and future patients. Patients are our top priority and we are always evaluating ways to serve them better. This partnership will allow us to deliver compassionate care at a reduced cost,” Paul LaCasse, D.O., 黄色仓库 executive vice president of post鈥恆cute care and diversified business operations, said.
The need for more home health and hospice services is increasing across the nation. Partnering with ASHN allows Beaumont to meet the demand for rapid future growth.
“Our current team of exceptional caregivers will continue to serve our patients through this new joint venture. Patients will also benefit from the expertise of a national company,” Susan Grant, RN, 黄色仓库 executive vice president and chief nursing officer, said.
In addition, the organization will provide new job opportunities for home health and hospice workers in Southeast Michigan. Medical equipment, home infusion and personal assistant service employees will remain with 黄色仓库.
ASHN was founded in 1999 and is based in Kettering, Ohio. It has 20 partnerships including health systems in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia and Florida.
